Ahmad Salim Abdul Rahman is a dedicated community leader with a strong background in finance, economics, and humanitarian service. He holds a Master’s Degree in Economics from India and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration (Finance) from Pakistan, and is also a certified Financial Planner.
From 2014 to 2021, Ahmad served as Chief of Staff, Finance Manager, and Lead Security Investigator with the INL at the U.S. Embassy in Kabul, where he provided strategic oversight, financial management, and security leadership. His professional expertise reflects both integrity and commitment to organizational excellence.
After resettling in the United States, Ahmad continued his passion for community service by working with Refugee Services, helping immigrant and refugee families build self-sufficiency and stability. He joined Afghan Hope Community Development (AHCD) in 2023 as a volunteer and later as a Board Member, where he contributes his financial acumen and leadership to advance the organization’s mission of empowerment and positive change.
Ahmad’s journey stands as a testimony to his dedication to uplifting others, fostering resilience, and building stronger, self-reliant communities.

Dr. Naweedullah Danishyar is an accomplished educator, scholar, and community leader whose work bridges the fields of psychology, education, and business management. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Educational Management from Kabul University (2011, Afghanistan), a Master’s degree in Organizational Psychology from Osmania University(2016, Hyderabad, India), and a Ph.D. in Educational Management from Allameh Tabatabai University (2024, Tehran, Iran).
With more than a decade of teaching experience, Dr. Danishyar has served as a professor at Alberoni State Universityand several private institutions, including Ghalib University, Tolo-e Aftab University, and Khurshid University. His academic career includes multiple research projects, published articles, and authorship of the book General Psychology. His credentials were formally evaluated by the Academic Credentials Evaluation Institute (ACEI) in the United States, which recognized his Bachelor’s, Master’s, and Ph.D. degrees as fully equivalent to U.S. standards with a perfect grade equivalency of 4.0.
Beyond academia, Dr. Danishyar is a respected public educator. He has appeared in more than 100 television interviewsdiscussing mental-health awareness, emotional wellness, and management skills—many of which are available on his YouTube channel. Fluent in Dari/Farsi, Pashto, English, and Urdu/Hindi, he uses his multilingual skills to reach diverse audiences and promote mental-health literacy across cultures.
Now based in California, Dr. Danishyar works as a Financial Consultant at Sahebe Financial Services and proudly serves as a Board Member at Afghan Hope Community Development (AHCD). In this role, he supports AHCD’s mission to empower Afghan and other immigrant families by helping them access education, employment, and cultural resources that foster self-sufficiency and mental-wellness. His lifelong dedication to learning, teaching, and serving others reflects AHCD’s vision of transforming hardship into hope and building thriving, resilient communities in the United States.
